Post-doctoral research fellow, MGH/HMS
I received my PhD in signal and image processing from National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon in 2019. The topic of my thesis was image reconstruction for Compton camera SPECT imaging, and my contributions concern iterative algorithms, forward problem modeling and the regularization of inverse problem.
I joined MGH/HMS and the Sabet Lab as a research fellow in 2020, and have since been working mainly on image reconstruction and system modeling for Dynamic Cardiac SPECT scanner under development. The goal of this project is to develop a cardio focus SPECT system with asymmetrical geometry and novel laser processed scintillation detector to enhance simultaneous high resolution and high sensitivity. I have mainly been responsible for the software aspects of this project, developing the image reconstruction package with MLEM techniques, and working on system modeling with Monte Carlo simulation. I am also involved in development of small animal PET scanner mainly focusing on software and image reconstruction aspects.
