Benedetto is an undergraduate student at Northeastern University studying Mechanical Engineering, planning to graduate in Spring 2020. Prior to working at MGH, Ben worked at NxStage Medical as an Advanced Operations Engineer, working to ensure the proper function of operations at the company. He joined the Sabet Lab for his second co-op in the summer of 2018 through the end of the year and returned the following summer for his third co-op. Ben's responsibilities include creating 3D models in SolidWorks for test fixtures and other parts as needed, developing geometry configurations, and producing code for the simulation of cardiac SPECT system.
